Why can’t you guarantee the ingredients of products and their effect on my health?
We work closely with our partner takeaways, restaurants and bars to bring you the latest up to date information. However our partners have the complete right to change their menu or indeed the recipe for a product. We therefore cannot guarantee what ingredients have been used in any meal or drink. That is why we therefore suggest you get in touch with the restaurant direct.
What information does Ur App Pro use to ensure your information is up to date?
Upon signing up a new business to Ur App Pro we ask for the most recent version of the menu. However as previously stated the restaurant, takeaway or bar have the full right to change their menu. We also recommend that they get in contact with us if this is the case. However we cannot guarantee this.

We provide a page on the app and website that allows you to contact the business directly. Here you will find their Telephone Number, address and a form that will send an email to the takeaway, restaurant or bar
What is the law regarding food businesses and their responsibility to provide information in regards to food allergies?
It is the takeaway, restaurant or bar’s responsibility to provide this information to consumers as they are independent from Ur App Pro. Our contact section allows you to get in direct contact with the business if you have any questions or queries.
